At Sale, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all authentic hardware. To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the device in its original box and use protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
